All Premium Items (Templates & Themes) are covered by basic support. Every single author is responsible to provide basic support to his/her customers who purchased item. So, If you having any issues with your purchased item and need any help.

Such as:

• Bug fixing.

Here is how you can get support from author:

1. Go to template details page of which one you already purchased and having issues.
2. Click to Message author button from right sidebar.
3. You will get a popup contact form to contact with author.
4. Now, write down your support question and send!, you will get your reply from the author soon.
